Gordon Groothedde

This is the private studio of producer Gordon Groothedde, which is one of the most special projects we’ve worked on recently. The studio has exceptional sound quality and measurements. According to Gordon, it is the best studio he has ever worked in worldwide. The control room offers unparalleled sound reproduction characterized by a spacious sound image, incredibly detailed audio, and deep bass response. All of this is complemented by a sweet spot that spans the entire room.

Acoustically and architecturally, this project posed quite a challenge. The studio features daylight windows on two sides and glass entrance doors to maximize sightlines and natural light. The construction of the house itself is decoupled from the heavy double concrete roof of the studio, ensuring the highest possible sound insulation.
